I bought this coat rack after a lot of research. I found out that a lot of coat racks either look cheap and not well made or are $400 or $500, which seems way to high to me. I thought this was a good balance of good price and great quality. I love the modern design of it and espresso color. It was very easy for my husband to put together. If you're looking for a good quality coat rack at a good price, this is a great choice.

I ordered the coat rack in last November. First, the color is not as what I expected. It has some more red tint rather than brownish walnut color. When I received it, one of the legs was broken and two of the pegs have chipped. There are no visible damage to exterior shipping carton. It may be attributed to lack of buffer material inside and surrounding the parts that caused the parts to be broken as well as chipped. I sent email to Amazon and got response from them fast. However, the manufacturer kept delaying the replacement part. I waited until end of December and was informed that the replacement won't be available until Febuary in 2012. I was just disappointed with how the manufacturer handle with this because it was supposed to be a X'mas gift. However, I have to give credit to Amazon for great customer service. They refunded my money right away.

I really enjoy this coat rack, it is sturdy and fits into a small space.The product is good.However it did come with one broken leg and received a small refund as I chose to keep and fix the coat rack. The furniture company said it is on back order and could not replace it.Amazon was very helpful, however, I waited 6 weeks to get this resolved and I would not order from this furniture company again.
